06 Questions answered

Before you scope event medical services.

These are general operational answers. The assessment establishes the exact legal, licensing, safety and delivery requirements.

01How much medical cover does an event need?

There is no safe universal number. Cover follows the medical risk assessment, audience, activities, location, duration, weather, transport access and expected demand.

02Can security officers provide first aid?

Some officers hold first-aid qualifications, but that does not automatically make them the event medical provision. Security and medical roles, competence and command routes should be defined separately.

03Do you provide ambulances?

The required vehicle and clinical provision depends on the event plan and must be confirmed during scoping. Ayro will not represent a first-aid-only resource as an ambulance service.
