Legal information
Privacy notice
This notice explains the intended handling of personal information submitted through the Ayro Security website.
Information collected
Contact details, organisation, service interest and the information you choose to include in an enquiry may be collected. Guard-portal access data is handled separately from public website enquiries.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess service requirements, administer relationships, protect systems and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.
Retention and rights
Information should be retained only for a justified period. You may request access, correction or deletion where the applicable law provides that right.
Contact
Privacy enquiries can be sent to enquiries@ayrosecurity.co.uk. The final controller identity, registered address and retention schedule must be confirmed before production use.
Production completion
Before launch, Ayro should confirm the legal company identity, registered office, data-controller contact, hosting and form processors, retention periods, lawful bases, complaint route and any international transfers. Marketing analytics, chat tools, recruitment forms and employee systems must be added to the notice before they collect personal information. The public policy should show an effective date and a clear record of any material updates. Enquiry and recruitment workflows should also be tested so consent wording, required fields and deletion requests behave exactly as the published notice says they do. The final approved text should be version-controlled, reviewed after material service changes and linked from every page or form where a person is asked to provide information. Until that review is complete, this page records the intended website position rather than final legal advice.
