01What is the difference between Level 2 and Level 3?+
Level 2 is aimed at people carrying out spectator-safety duties. Level 3 is designed for those supervising or coordinating the work of spectator-safety teams.
02Is workplace evidence required?+
These are occupational qualifications, so evidence of competent performance in a suitable spectator environment may be required. The exact assessment plan must be confirmed before enrolment.
03Does spectator safety replace an SIA licence?+
No. Spectator-safety competence and SIA licensing address different responsibilities. If a role includes a licensable security activity, the appropriate SIA licence is still required.
