Mobilisation depends on location, duties, licensing, screening, uniform, site induction and shift pattern. Urgent cover may be possible, but Ayro will not skip essential briefing or legal checks simply to place someone on site.
Any role that legally requires an SIA licence must be filled by a person holding the correct current licence. The required licence type is mapped to the actual duty before deployment.
